Met at Boca for a bike/run day.
Bike:
1' hard, 1' easy
2' hard, 1' easy
3' hard, 1' easy
4' hard, 1' easy
5' hard, 1' easy
4' hard, 1' easy
2' hard, 1' easy (I didn't skip 3, it just wasn't done)
1' hard, several minutes rest
Followed by 10 30" hard, 30" rest intervals.
The run as a 30 minute out and back with hills thrown in as we want. This part went really well. I felt fast and strong. I did a lot of hills and seemed to recover quickly.
